The 2025 Women of Influence honorees were celebrated alongside the Women to Watch and Circle of Excellence recipients.

Lehigh Valley Business named ET&T's Co-President Fusun Bubernack to the Circle of Excellence, a group of women with longstanding, notable success in the community who are leading the way for other women. The winners were honored during the Women of Influence Awards celebration on Wednesday, May 14, at the ArtsQuest Center at SteelStacks.

"It's an honor to be named to the Circle of Excellence alongside such inspiring women who are making a meaningful impact in their communities and industries," said Fusun Bubernack. "As a woman in technology and a leader of a multigenerational family business, I've always believed in the power of mentorship, integrity and lifting others as we rise. This recognition is a celebration of the extraordinary women who lead with purpose, challenge expectations and open doors for others. I'm proud to stand among them and remain committed to empowering the next generation of women leaders."

Fusun Bubernack leads ET&T with her husband, Michael Bubernack, alongside their two daughters, Merjan Bubernack and Sirma Bubernack, the third generation of family leadership. After taking over the company in 2001 and recognizing a shift in markets and evolving ways of working, they began investing in new solutions and services that matched long-time customers' needs.
