ET&T Adds Seasoned IT Professional to Project Management Team

Jason Lovelace

Jason Lovelace brings over a decade of experience as an information technology professional.

ET&T, a Bethlehem-based technology solutions provider with over five decades of service, announced the addition of Jason Lovelace as a technical project manager to its team. With over 10 years of hands-on IT experience and a background in higher education and music composition, Lovelace brings a unique blend of creativity, precision, and technical expertise to the ET&T team.

"Jason's diverse background and thoughtful approach to problem-solving align perfectly with our team's values," said Fusun Bubernack, co-president of ET&T. " We are confident he will play an important role in helping us continue to deliver customized, high-quality solutions to the businesses we serve."

Lovelace's journey into the technology field began during graduate school, where he balanced academic rigor with hands-on IT roles, including serving as a lab assistant for a conservatory computing center. He previously served as an IT coordinator and later IT director at Elm Terrace Gardens, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community in Montgomery County. In 2015, he joined Best Buy's Geek Squad, where he honed his skills in desktop support and customer service. By 2016, Lovelace transitioned into a full-time desktop support analyst role at Interphase Systems, a small family-owned MSP, where he quickly rose through the ranks, ultimately serving as lead technical consultant. After the company's acquisition by Magna5, he took on new leadership roles, including Tier 2 technical team lead and Tier 2 network engineer.

"I'm happy to work in a family-owned MSP," said Lovelace. "Working alongside ET&T's experienced IT professionals to design and deliver solutions to our customers' IT challenges is a delight, and the family-oriented nature of the business helps us remain sufficiently agile to customize solutions to meet the distinct needs of each of our diverse customers."

Lovelace holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in composition from The Catholic University of America and two master's degrees in computer music composition and composition from the Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University. His academic background reflects a strong foundation in creative problem-solving, technical innovation and analytical thinking.

In addition to his extensive experience in IT and technical support, Lovelace spent over 15 years teaching at institutions including Frederick Community College, Towson University and The Catholic University of America. His work in higher education sharpened his ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, which translates directly into his client-facing and team leadership roles.

Jason's interdisciplinary foundation enables him to approach complex IT challenges with both analytical rigor and inventive thinking, bringing a unique perspective to the fast-evolving managed services landscape.

With Lovelace's addition, ET&T continues its legacy of hiring experienced, service-driven professionals who reflect the company's values of integrity, passion and customer support.
