Mike and Fusun,
I am sending this e-mail to let you know how pleased we are with the outstanding service your organization and especially Jason has given us. We sincerely appreciate his responsiveness and the way he conducted himself especially through all the problems and setbacks. We haven’t updated out phone hardware for over five years, so there was little documentation on the configuration. I don’t believe anyone could have done a better job unraveling all the unknown variables and making the new equipment work with minimal interruption to our daily activities.
Every day through our migration there seemed to be more problems but Jay was a true professional and worked through the problems with a cool head and pleasant demeanor. His technical knowledge is amazing.
Now that the migration is complete, Jay continues to be a great asset to us, working through the many “cleanup” issues that have surfaced. We think Jay is a great asset to your company and we look forward to many years of working with Jay and ET&T.
